IABG & Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois are partnering with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to present Your Money, Your Goals: A financial empowerment toolkit for social services programs. This full-day session will provide you with the tools you need to integrate financial empowerment tools into your day-to-day work with clients. The modular toolkit includes resources for setting goals, budgeting, saving for emergencies, managing debt, understanding credit, choosing financial products, and accessing consumer protection into their discussions with client.
